Of course your "Health is Wealth" like wise your "Health is your Beauty". Eat healthy n feel  refreshed and be beautiful. It may take some time for your body to reflect the changes u make for healthy lifestyle. 

Small changes makes big difference. So here am going to list out few simple tips to make u feel healthy and beautiful always.

1.Early to bed early to rise, Sleep is the most important factor of staying healthy. At least 7 Hours of beauty sleep is necessary. So have good and stress free sleep.

2.After you wake up, A glass of warm water is must (can add lemon or honey for best results) which helps to detox your body and flush out all the toxins from your body.

3.Get some Vitamin D as your body and skin needs it. 

4.Burn what you eat, workout or do Yoga for 30 mins at least. To burn that extra fat which makes you unhealthy , Trust me that sweat and glow on your face is all worth.

5.After working out make sure that you drink enough water to stay hydrated and eat some fruits, oats or any kind of protein intake.

6. Keep yourself busy and keep your mind away from negativity.

These small changes will surely make a big difference in your life. Eat healthy, be hydrated and be positive. Accepting all these changes will not just make healthy but beautiful too from inside out.
